The Circus is Coming

Kate's Birthday Circus is in one week. I made a fun bunting with scraps colorful wispy yarn my sister sent from California.

I also found the find of the week at Joanne in remnants, about half a yard-enough for the photo booth and 6 been bags the girls helped me make for 2 dollars.
She put a tutu on her head and the clown nose from the birthday bag. What a CLOWN!

We made Bacci Rolls this week. Easiest Recipe from http://www.artisanbreadinfive.com/?p=1616
Jess finished off the rest of the EASIEST-BEST-Whole Wheat Bread Recipe EVER!!!! It comes from my darling neighbor who did our family pics www.lauriemaillarphotography.blogspot.com

Rise to desired height
Bake 350 30-35 min. cool on rack and butter tops!

Kate loves Black Skin so we got her a little Black Folk Doll kit at the LDS History and Art Museum. I had the girls pick out the fabric and Hair colors and we made these little dollies. They love them.

Old Ugly Chair
Spencer's First Up-cycle Upholstery Project

Voila! I can't believe what a 2 second spray can of primer and paint and some upholstery fabric (I used a 50% off coupon for) can do for a chair.
Tomorrow is the June b-day celebration and my brother-in-law loves Rocky Mountain Choc. Factories Apple Pie Carmel Apples. I make them from scratch, Paula's Recipe of course- Best ever. The girls and I had tons of fun decorating them.

My thought today is from JANE AUSTIN "There is nothing like staying at home, for real comfort." I totally agree!!!! I LOVE TO BE HOME. Ciao!
